No analytics, no cookies, no tracking

There is no analytics package on this site. No Google Analytics, no pixels, no heatmaps, no session recording. We do not set cookies, and we do not use local storage for anything except remembering whether you chose the light or dark theme — which stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

Because we set no cookies and run no tracking, there is no consent banner. That is the point of not having them.

Fonts, images, styles and scripts are all served from this site. No content is loaded from a third-party host, so no third party learns that you visited.

If you use the contact form

The contact form is the one place this site sends data anywhere. When you submit it, the details you typed — your name, work email, company, role, optional phone number, the answers you selected, and your message — are passed to Web3Forms, a form-relay service, which emails them to us. We use it so that this site can stay a static website with no database of its own.

Web3Forms processes the submission in order to deliver it. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy-policy.

After that, your message lives in our email, and we use it for one purpose: replying to you and having the conversation you started. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your details, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for. If you tell us it isn’t a fit, we stop contacting you.

Server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes request data — IP address, user agent, the page requested — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not build profiles from it and we do not use it for marketing.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterward as a business record. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Email info@menuology.com and we will handle it — there is no form and no process to navigate.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. If a change is significant — for example, if we ever added analytics — we would say so here plainly rather than quietly.
